At Arabella & Rose, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories and hosiery are excluded from our return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
